Returns Policy
1. Our Commitment to You
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to put it right quickly and fairly.
2. Returns Eligibility
You may return unopened, unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Items must be unused and in resellable condition
- You must contact us before sending anything back
We cannot accept returns on:
- Opened packets
- Used items
- Custom or personalised orders (if applicable)
3. How to Start a Return
Please contact us via the website contact form during office hours. Include:
- Your name
- Order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
We aim to reply within 24 hours with instructions.
4. Return Postage Costs
- If the item is unwanted or ordered in error, the customer is responsible for return postage.
- If the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error, we will cover the return postage or offer a replacement/refund.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned items have been received and inspected. We will refund:
- The cost of the item(s)
- Original postage (only if the item was faulty or sent in error)
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for your bank or PayPal to complete the process.
6. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know when you contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A photo (if applicable)
We will resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.
8. Lost Deliveries
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us. Royal Mail considers an item officially “lost” after:
- 10 working days for UK deliveries
- 25 working days for international deliveries
Once this period has passed, we can issue a replacement or refund.
