Do you restock sold-out items
Most items are restocked regularly. If something is unavailable, feel free to contact us for an estimated restock time.
Do colours look exactly like the photos
We do our best to show accurate colours, but shades may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday via Royal Mail. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen postage method.
Do you ship internationally
Yes — we ship worldwide, including Australia, the USA, and the EU. Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees.
When will my order be dispatched
Orders placed Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the next working day. Weekend orders are posted on Monday morning.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy
You can return unopened, unused items within 14 days. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Who pays return postage
If the item is unwanted or ordered in error, the customer covers return postage. If the item is faulty or incorrect, we cover the cost.
How long do refunds take
